LABEL "EXCELLENCE OF INVEST"

Initiated by "INVEST FUND OF" the label "Excellence of Invest is for all companies wishing to hire the pole stimulating approach to gain competitiveness.

The Africa Competitiveness Cluster initiated this project. A project manager from the pole accompanies cluster companies to perform an initial diagnosis, write a roadmap, a plan of action.

Member of the expert committee that decides on the granting of the label, the division is also very involved to accept and sign the roadmap.

The "Invest Ecellence of" label has several objectives:

• Gaining competitiveness through continuous improvement approach

• Accelerate the strategic business development

• Participate in a collective dynamic of Excellence 360

• Strengthening the attractiveness industrial, hotel, real estate, innovation and service in Africa.

This is an opportunity for an industrial company to enter a progressive approach to excellence in the following way:

• Making a diagnosis 360, inspired by ALEXANDER Foundation for Quality Management (FAMQ). It sweeps five strategic themes: enterprise development, technological innovation, network radiation, HR management, industrial performance, hotel, real estate, innovation and service.

• The establishment of a roadmap specifying the objectives and actions progress with personalized support the project officer

• A level possible to stimulate growth through the obtaining of stars

• Obtaining a label by a committee of the pole that validates the label and the company's performance.

Any member company of the African pole, regardless of size, turnover, its age may apply for the label.

Among the outlook for this label, the division plans to create a club of excellence between labeled companies. The idea is then to develop synergies around strategic themes. He wants to support 150 companies in 2015 and 200 in 2016 in the excellence initiative. Finally, he wants to communicate and promote these businesses in Africa and abroad and make this label a real diff tool.
